Review of Coconut rice and curry

For a casual romantic dinner. I propose the coconut rice and goat curry. My husband and I went on a carnivore nite out in Kenya and was served with the above cuisine.The experience of eating with our hands from the same plate brought us even closer.

When I wet back to Zimbabwe, I tried out the recipe.

Ingredients

1 tbsp butter
5 whole cardamom ponds
1 bay leaf
1 cinnamon stick
4 cups pishori rice, washed and dried
8 cups coconut milk
salt to taste
1 small bunch, dhania

Method

- Heat butter and fry the spices briefly
Add the rice and fry for 3 minutes
Add coconut milk and salt. Stir and cook uncovered till milk reduces. Cover and lower the heat. When Cooked fluff with a fork, cover and keep aside.

Hope this works for you women out there. For to a man's heart is through his stomach.
