Hey, for me managu is delicious with pumpkin potatoes. All you need is:

10 medium size potatoes for peeled and chopped.
Half medium size pumpkin, peeled and chopped.
1 tbsp margarine
Half tsp white pepper
1 cup milk
Traditional salt to taste
1 cup whole cream

Method

In a pan, boil potatoes for 10 minutes.Add pumpkins and cook till soft.
Drain out water and mash to desired smoothness.Add margarine, white pepper, milk and traditional salt. -Mix well and make into round shapes.
Create a small hole and add some cream. If desired, bake in a hot oven till browned and crispy on top.Serve Hot

Also place a few in your children's break tin. They'll love you for it
